ANDREW BREWER

Andrew’s real estate career is grounded by his curiosity and ability to analyze opportunities from multiple perspectives, a skill that was honed during his honors-level liberal arts studies in college.  
Consequently, Andrew has broad expertise across many facets of real estate.  Andrew has been a General Partner and a Limited Partner on single family home portfolios, an innovative single-family “house hacking” model, multifamily ground-up developments, and mixed-use projects.  He has invested in CA, MO, TX and underwritten investments throughout the U.S.
Andrew also brings deep experience and understanding of the physical asset management of complex building systems, including core and shell asset management and has acted as a consultant in construction defect litigation lawsuits with settlements in excess of $12M. He currently works as a co-manager and engineer of a 27-story mixed-use commercial/residential high-rise. 
Andrew is an active member of several real estate professional networking and learning organizations, including MultifamilyU and The Mobile Home Investors Club.  He is a panelist on several webinars sponsored by the fast growing coast2coast brand, including the “Economy & Real Estate Round-Up”,  a webinar that discusses the most recent economic and global news and its impact on real estate.  
Andrew also helps lead Northlight Growth’s “Co-Invest RE Club”, where members collaboratively evaluate select investment opportunities.
Andrew received s BA from UCLA where he double-majored in History and Anthropology. During his undergraduate studies, one of his thesis papers was selected for publication by the National History Honors Society.  Andrew graduated Summa Cum Laude with College Honors and Highest Departmental Honors.
