HENRY YUEN

Henry is experienced in investment, entitlement, development, capital raising, asset management and property management for commercial, multifamily, and bulk single-family home projects. Between 2015 – 2020 he built, rehabbed and sold over 55 single family homes, invested in 7 development sites, and provided consulting services to clients on more than 25 investments.
As an aeronautical engineer with project management, product development, and business development responsibilities, Henry is able to thoughtfully apply his long-term strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen to each investment.
Henry is an active member of multiple professional networking and learning organizations including, MultifamilyU. He is also the founder of several webinars sponsored under the fast growing coast2coast brand, including the “Economy & Real Estate Round-Up”, “RE Masters Interview Series”,  and “RE Fundamentals”. 
Henry also founded Northlight Growth’s “Co-Invest RE Club”, a members-based investment club that provides a forum to collaboratively evaluate select investment opportunities.
Henry received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Washington
